Hello!

My name is Melissa. I have been in the fitness industry for over 9 years now and LOVE to be able to make a a positive, healthy difference is someone's life .

I have been married for 14 years and have 2 children, 13 and 12 years old. We moved from Maui to Texas about 2 years ago for educational purposes and have enjoyed the "Mainland" lifestyle to it's fullest.

Recently, I was given the opportunity to take my passion for helping people live with optimal health and make it a business. It is a complete lifestyle overhaul including exercise, diet and supplements.

We are nothing without our health! :)
