Marcus Smith

Hi! I'm Marc Smith. I'm an entrepreneur, coach, and an educator living in Kansas City. Originally, I'm from Phoenix, AZ up until 4 years ago. While Phoenix is my hometown, I have to say that I like living where there are seasons!

My business interests are in communication and leadership, especially as they relate to successful teams and sustaining high performance in businesses. My graduate work is in this area, so I enjoy learning these principles very much.

I have to say it's also where I excel in business. My passion is building teams and empowering them to maximize their potential and generously rewarding success along the way. I turned around a struggling theatre company which achieved remarkable success and was recognized as best theatre company in the state. I've led a university campus increasing it's enrollment by 147% in 1 1/2 years. In my current business, I continue to build high performance teams through coaching and training.

I'm looking forward to meeting others through this site who share similar interests and who desire to be part of a successful, high performance team.
