Michelle James

My name is Michelle James, I live in London in the UK and have done so most of my life. I am a mother of three, 2 sons and a daughter, 2 grandsons and my lovely cat Fluffy. I mentioned Fluffy as he is a very integral part of the family and you might come across him from time to time in my videos.

I have been an entrepreneur most of my life, always trying my hand at something. According to my eldest son, I’m always on some get rich thing, but as I told him, you have to keep trying until you find that thing that is right for you. I don’t think my kids take me seriously, but that’s what makes me more determined to succeed.

I am a qualified Social Worker, who has got tired of the 9-5. I’ve seen a few people well, pass to the other side, some before their time and it made me evaluate my life. I realised that there was more to life than being a slave for someone else. I decided that I wanted to work for myself. I didn’t want people telling me what I could/shouldn’t do.

My father past away five years ago and this was the turning point for me. I had wanted to support him more in his last days, but due to work and other commitments I could not give him the time he deserved. My employers were good and gave me enough time to grieve, but I was more determined than ever, that I needed to be my own boss.

I went into freelance social working for a way out, but then realised that this could be quiet dangerous, especially with some of the families I worked with, so it was back to the drawing board.
Approximately three years ago, I feel in love with the Hula Hoop. I took a few classes and decided that I wanted to teach in my area. Both daughter and my myself went to Teacher Training, she became the youngest teacher on the Hoopgirl Training programme. We then started teaching at classes in our local area.

I dabble in and out of social work, as and when it suits me. I have my working hobby, Hula hooping, which I service 3 times a week.

In April 2010, I was introduced to a MLM opportunity. Being very wary I took a lot of time investigating the company before I joined up. This was how I got into Internet Marketing. Until April, I had never heard of it before, until all those videos began popping out. The truth your upline doesn’t tell you etc. Since then I must say I’ve been hooked.

I realised that, this is not as simple as one might think and that you have to keep abreast of what is happening out there in the field as things change really quickly. I mean, I’m just getting to grips with one system when it’s now time to learn something new.

For me there does not seem to be enough hours in the day. I still have so much learning to do. I need to learn how to edit and make hot videos, so that I don’t need to bother my daughter all the time. I think son number 2 is fed-up as I keep asking him about things related to Photoshop. I’m trying, I’m getting there slowly but surely.
