Interests:
meditation and yoga, I love reading books that empower me and have great ideas and bring the best out of me. I like Edgar Cayce books and information and any and all personal development material and training. I also like listening to good music, music that has a purpose and give you positive feelings and energy that helps me to relax. My favorite artist is Enya, so if your not sure who Enya is, then find out, use google or something you'll be glad you did.

Activities:
swimming and walking the beach. The ocean is so comforting its amazing the feeling you get from being near the water. I love to cookout on the BBQ grill, and toss footballs with the kids. I enjoy going anywhere that has great landscapes of nature like parks and driving scenic routes.
