Mike Scalise

My name is Mike Scalise and I am apart of Max International.  I just recently got into the world of network marketing and am loving every minute of it.  It is so exciting to learn new things and get new leads each and every day.  Considering where I came from this is a whole new world for me.

Ten years ago I opened up my own construction company in Tampa, Fl.  For the most part business was good. Really good.  Within two years of owning my business it generate $1,000,000.00. Not to bad if you ask me.  Then the year of 2007 came. My wife and I decided to open up a dance studio.  It was always her dream.  So on a whim, while she being 5  months pregnant, we opened her studio thinking I could cover the expenses of a new business since mine was doing so well.  Then the economy decided to crash. And so did my business.  Hers struggled to grow.  Like everyone else, we struggled to make ends meet, bills were getting higher and higher, gas was outrageous, and we barely had any groceries in our fridge. 

Now we enter the year of 2009.  By now my wifes dance studio is now run out of our house, and I was still in the same boat.  A friend of mine introduced me to world of network marketing.  Honestly, I thought it was a scam, but at the same time I really needed to find a source of income since construction and dance weren’t making ends meet.  Let me tell you it was very difficult at first.  I am no computer wiz so I was very confused and didn’t know what to do.  My sponsor helped me through all of it.  Then I started getting leads, and finally the best part, sales! I love how you can work together on your team and get results.
