You CAN stop smoking! I had smoked from the time I was 12 until I turned 29 and started having pulmonary complications. Furthermore, I couldn't afford a smoking habit.
I know what it's like to go through both physical and emotional (habitual) withdrawals from nicotine; and I know that it's possible to quit. Arm yourself with the facts! You can stop smoking!
