Mike Elliott

 I am currently living in So. California but searching for a new place to settle. I have lived and worked on ranches in Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada and Northeastern California. I graduated from Gemology school in 1981, if anyone has any questions on gold, diamonds or colored stones feel free to ask. I have been creating art style western and southwestern furniture for 10 years. I am now involved with internet marketing and build furniture on the side as a hobby.

 I love to kayak, ride horses and explore nature whenever possible. I search the forest with my Rhodesian Ridgeback (dog) for unusual pieces of deadwood that I can incorporate into a piece of furniture and give it new life. I have alot of information on alternative treatments for cancer and nutrition also. I love kids and am usually found at gatherings playing with the kids instead of hanging out with the adults. I was never blessed with children so I think I am making up for it with other people's kids.

 I have an affinity for water and use any excuse to get wet. I grew up surfing the California coast until moving to the wild west and pursuing my love for the country and horses.

 I made a reasonable living as a Gemologist but was to honest to make alot of money. I am a licensed Nevada State Firefighter but never served on a paid department, I volunteered for many years and battled some of California's worst fires, nothing feels as good as saving someone's life or home during a horrific event. I love people and help when and if I have the oppurtunity.

 I enjoy writing, learning new things, watching my nephew play baseball, playing with my dog, excercising, helping people, especially the elderly and working on becoming a better friend to all who cross my path.
