Hello, My name is Anthony Laurent. I have been involved in some form of entreprenuership in one way or another.  I have been involved in Direct Selling and Network Marketer for almost a decade. In and out of different companies.  During that time, I have tried many techniques in the art of recruiting. Most of which were in effective. What I discovered is that sales is basically 90% attitude and 10% skill. You would think that that 90% attitude would be enough, but thats the common misnomer. Without that 10% skill you're pretty much dead in the water.  I have discovered that the biggest fear most people have when it comes to this industry is the fear of rejection.  Even being a seasoned vet in the industry I still hate that feeling of rejection.  There a quite a few factors that can affect how you handle rejection.  One of the biggest reasons is belief.  Belief is what will keep you going even when you run into obstacles. Training will help you get around obstacles.  My point is this: if you wanted a particular career you would seek some kind of training, whether it be formal or OJT (on-the-job training) to truly be successful in your endeavor.
