I am deeply grateful for the privilege of being part of this growing online community of wonderful people. If you are a Better Networker member, or if you are thinking of becoming one, then you and I must be kindred souls. I joined Better Networker for two reasons:

1. Growth - I'm always looking for ways to grow and develop mentally, emotionally, professionally, financially, and in all other areas of life.

2. Contribution - I enjoy connecting with people and making positive contributions in their lives, in whatever way I can.

I live in the city of Thousand Oaks, located in the east end of Ventura County, California. I have been involved in professional real estate sales for most of my career.

I've been approached by several MLM companies and offered numerous network marketing opportunities over the course of the last 10 years. I can't say that I've ever done any serious research into the network marketing industry during that time. However, with the current state of the economy and the prolonged credit crisis having such an adverse effect on real estate nationwide, many agents and brokers in my field have been forced to reinvent their businesses. When one of my most respected colleagues introduced me to the new opportunity that he was considering with a ground floor MLM company, I decided to investigate the network marketing industry for the first time. This led me to the discovery of Mike Dillard and his attraction marketing system. Once I read Magnetic Sponsoring, I realized that every serious small business owner, corporate executive, professional salesperson, and private practitioner should internalize and apply the principles found in this book. After I read Building On A Budget (and read Magnetic Sponsoring again), I was convinced correct network marketing was being used by every successful company in America, whether or not they took a multi-level marketing or traditional marketing approach. I bought in. Being the self-help enthusiast that I am, I founded Ten Percent Different and joined my friend and colleague in a network marketing opportunity attached to a company that is using cutting-edge technologies that I believe will sculpt the future of personal development, business training, and the way that people learn and improve their skills forever. It was that simple!
