After a career in the Navy; then Property Management (most all types); then running my Own Businesses for many years (including web ones); I am now Semi-Retired and enjoying it!  I'm now an online Marketing Coach. After the Navy, I began as a private Consultant for Naval Research Contracts based in San Diego; then ventured out into the Entertainment business as a Artist Manager handling different kinds of musical talents....even worked on a revival career for Rosie & the Originals ("Angel Baby") and did one of Bob Hope's very last concerts with Connie Stevens & others.  Then I got serious and entered the Property Management field.....primarily in Hotels, Motels & Apartment complexes.  Did well and bought my own property in Tennessee....started a series of businesses (incorporated them) covering Mobile Home Parks, Lakeside Resorts, Computer Systems Outlet (mostly software design & educational classes, some hardware sales), and a Retail Pet/Aquarium/Pond store.  Later added a group of website business which complimented the physical stores.  Finally, helped create a Nursery business which my son has taken over and  blossomed into a very large internet business.

Later on, my wife, Linda and I decided to "downscale" our lives and we went back to Property Management......but this time, we went into Independent Senior Retirement Living communities.  Those proved quite interesting and rewarding; giving us many friends and memories to share and keep.  

Now, we're "semi-retired" and enjoying this "Affiliate Marketing" business as an online Affiliate Coach......and sharing our experiences!   I also enjoy writing Articles.....on many different subjects.
