The Dreamers of The Day Are Dangerous Men... "All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible." -- T. My name is Ash Morgan, originally from London England. For the past 25 years I have lived in the beautiful city of Canberra, the national capital of Australia.
I have spent over 30 years in the advertising and marketing world. These days I help businesses engage with their customers, using a mix of print and online marketing strategies.
Over the past 10 years there has been a paradigm shift, from the more traditional advertising mediums of TV, Press and Radio. So not wanting to get left behind, I began exploring the possibilities of online marketing, and found that once I started I couldn't stop. I was fascinated and amazed by what this new world was offering, and so set about learning as much as I could.
That was three years ago, and today I am an affiliate marketer with Empower Network, a marketing system that provides a professional internet marketing education, training, tools and resources to help ordinary people market their own internet business effectively.
Aside from my business interest, I am a massive West Ham United fan. For those of you living in the US and Canada who don't really regard Football as real Football, i am talking about what you would call Soccer. The best game in the world. Sadly West Ham are not the best team in the world, but they are one of the most passionate, and once you are a Hammer you die a Hammer.
Obviously living on the other side of the world does nothing for my ability to attend matches like I used to as a kid, however i do try to make a visit back to the UK every year, and will be doing so on December 15 2011. West Ham v Derby on December 31, is one of the games in my sights.
Travel is another big love of mine. Whenever I get the chance I I take it. In the past year I have attended marketing conferences in Bangkok, Auckland and Las Vegas.
It's amazing what we learn when we venture into other worlds and discover new cultures.
My wish for you and everyone who is visiting our beautiful world, is that you achieve peace and happiness beyond your expectations. Just remember though we only reap what we sow. The key to happiness is to give, because if you help other people get what they want, you will ultimately get everything you want.
