About Me

Hey there Boys and Girls, You have reached my home in internet land. You are actually browsing by my family room (aka the About Me Page ) where I truly relax and do most of my writing. The short of me is that I’m an entrepreneur, coach, mentor and speaker. I specialize in helping entrepreneurs “get in front of the room” and create a passive or true residual income.

It wasn’t always peaches and cream for me. I knew I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and own my own business but I never knew what it took to accomplish that. Going through the motions and continuing to learn what being an entrepreneur was, I realized that I wasn’t a do’er. I tended to be lazy, actually. Wanting success but never really sacrificed and WORKED! I had to LEARN how to get things done.

Now, the key to me achieving the level of success I have reached is by having true systems in place, true mentors who are willing to share and a hard work ethic to put into action. From what I have learned, you can get the best training anywhere in the world on how to be successful but with a bad work ethic you are guaranteed FAILURE! You can get the best training ever imaginable and have a GREAT work ethic and be guaranteed SUCCESS! You can get the WORSE training ever and have a great work ethic and guess what your success will be? GUARANTEED! Common denominator? Work Ethic! I told a local newspaper one time, “You may look better than me, you may speak better than me, you may know more people and connect more than me, but you will NOT outwork me.”

CAREER

I started my career out of college working for a bank and at the same time was introduced to Network Marketing. I got investment licensed with a Series 6, 63, Life and Health and was selling investments inside my local bank. I, then, got recruited to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. I was doing well at Morgan Stanley for 2 years and decided that I could do this on my own (here starts the entrepreneurial spirit). When I got out on my own, I failed miserably because I did not know how to market. I knew investments and financial planning but could not market or bring in new business at all. I was forced out that business and I started selling life insurance. I did pretty well at that but didnt understand the power of residual income and got bored. The same time, I had a HUGE chargeback that wiped me out.

After failing in my sales career, I got a job with the government and I was totally unhappy. I could not believe I was sitting behind a desk doing monkey work. The entrepreneurial bug hit me hard as I envisioned myself at 60 and living paycheck to paycheck and it scared the s%*(&^ out of me. I decided to get real estate licensed. I started helping clients buy and sell homes, while the same time I did some investing for myself. I did pretty well at real estate investing to the point I was a mentor for one of the largest real estate investment coaching programs in the country. Life was good.

DEVASTATION

Then devastation happened. Along with the real estate crash, I found myself divorced with 3 kids. lost it all. Had to rent a house for a year and do odd jobs just to make ends meet. I was now desperate. Luckily, I never lost my roots in network marketing, I got back in with a vengeance. We had grown the group to around 60 distributors in 2 months and was on our way to a national convention. The team and I were on FIRE. Momentum was on HIGH! As I was driving towards the bus we charted for the team, I received a phone call from a woman who I could not understand. She had a very strong accent. The strange thing was that she was calling from my mothers cell phone. After going back and forth with her, trying to understand what she was saying and why she was calling from my mothers cell phone, she blurted out, “Your father is deceased!!!!” I could not believe what I just heard. Everything slowed down. The traffic around me. My thoughts. Everything. I made a u-turn and proceeded to my parents house where I found my father, laying in the basement bathroom. Another setback continued to devastate me!

THE TURN AROUND

After delivering the eulogy at my fathers celebration, a week later, I made a life changing decision. I couldn’t bullshit anymore. I had my sister and my mothers to be there for, emotionally. I had 3 small children who I had to raise up in the right way and be an example for. I had to make lemonade out lemons, quickly! Back with a vengeance, I went to work. I had very quick success based on my credibility in the real estate market through agents and other Investors that I mentored. We started making a little money. . With my knowledge of internet marketing from my first mentor, I took that to the world of network marketing and brought it online. I started generating serious leads. Leads turned into affiliate commissions, which turned into distributors.

THE SIMPLE MISSION

Now I am here to give back. Purely give back the knowledge and value that was given to me. I hope you stay around this blog for many days, weeks and months to come because the amount of training I am giving will make some mad but the person with the great work ethic happy.
