About Me

In my first life I was a professional chef and nutrition student. Still a food loving sometimes private chef I am now a certified life coach who specializes in women's health at midlife. Always looking for products to use and recommend to enhance health and vitality I have finally put together a program for myself that works and I feel better than ever.

Though I swore I'd never do network marketing again I found a product that helped me get well from a tick bite this summer and I just keep feeling better and better so I felt I had to tell people about it.

My mission is to reverse the rates of heart disease and diabetes in midlife women. Food is huge part of our lives and people should not have to feel deprived around food. Weight gain is so much more than just too many calories and I am passionate about getting the word out on how to be fit at midlife so one can also live their best and healthiest second half.
