Interests:
I love to cook. Not just the old run of the mill stuff, but new dishes and different cuisines and exotic dishes. I try to keep things on the healthy side, but with some recipes there just isn't room for substituting for the real stuff, like real butter and fresh cream.

Activities:
I love to hunt and fish. Hiking in the mountains and finding new places to go into are exciting. My grandkids love going with me, and I enjoy teaching them new things that will make a difference in their lives when they grow up.

Favorite Authors:
Robert Jordan will always be my fave, even though he passed away before he could finish his last book. Another old favorite is Isaac Asimov. Steven King Ray Bradbury Nothing like the old science fiction writers.

Favorite Quotes:
My favorite quote of all time was by John Wayne, in which he states, "Life is tuff pilgrim, and it's even tougher if you're stupid".
