Najja really cares about the people that he works with and realizes that the only way for him to achieve success is by helping others succeed.
 
Najja is currently part of a team that realizes the importance of staying on top of the latest marketing techniques and systems, and that is why his team provides weekly training and access to an online training center.
 
Najja has a diverse background that allows him to relate to a broad range of people. Besides internet marketing he is an Army veteran that served as a combat engineer for 5 years and received numerous awards and commendations for his service. 
 
After he completed his service in 1995 he attended DeVry University where he received his B.S. Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and worked for 3 years in the semi-conductor industry, after enduring the cyclical nature of the semiconductor industry he grew tired embarked on a career as a commercial truck driver and has traveled all over the united states.
 
Some his hobbies include various water sports, dancing and is a self-proclaimed movie buff. Najja lives in sunny phoenix Arizona.
