My name is Neseret Bemient.  You can call me Ness for short.  I’m originally from East Africa, Ethiopia.  I left Ethiopia because of an ongoing civil war and in search of a better life.  Currently I live in beautiful maritime city Halifax, Nova Scotia.

When I first moved to Canada I was 13 years old and did not know how to speak English.  Since then I’ve went on to university and studied bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Shortly after I started university I was introduced to network marketing.  I was drawn to the concept of network marketing because I enjoy working and helping people.  I was also very interested in personal development.

After getting started in network marketing I found myself struggling right from the beginning.  I spent several years doing things in the old school method.  I talked to family, friends, and everyone else I knew.  Then when that didn’t work I purchased leads and started making 100 dials a day like my sponsor told me.  I am embarrassed to say I even called people out of the phone book.  In the end none of these methods worked for me.  I was left feeling frustrated, discouraged and disillusioned about my dream of achieving financial freedom.

A few years back I started doing research online in the hope of finding some answers.  I met two wonderful leaders – Kagwiria Makhulo and Ann Sieg.  I connected with Kagwiria and Ann and had the privilege of being mentored by both of these women.  Within a few short months I learned a lot and started to see results in my business.  At the time I was sponsoring 5-10 people each and every month being a single mom and working full time.  I started to enjoy building my business and my faith in being able to achieve my goals was restored.

If you are at a place in your business where you’re feeling frustrated and discouraged know that there is an easier way to build your network marketing business.  You have to be willing to new ways of doing things and be open to learning and growing.  It is not always easy to be open to change. I have had my share of becoming so overwhelmed, distracted and frustrated to the point of giving up.

However, what kept me going during those times was my little girl and my dreams and goals.   My dream was to be able stay home with my little girl.  My goal was to be able to empower individuals to achieve their highest potential.  What is most important to me in life is building nurturingRELATIONSHIPS.  It is having TIME and MONEY FREEDOM. Freedom to do what I want whenever I want!
