About Me

I started networking because I was tired of being told what to do, always making just enough to get by, I wanted my kids to have what I didn't. At first I thought the U.S. Army could offer me what I wanted. and to an extent it did, however, spending six months out of the year away from home on training, missing birthdays and holidays because of the Army WASN'T what I wanted. I wanted to be there to see them grow.

I had heard about networking before. My grandmother and Aunt had tried herbalife, a friend of mine had done amway for a while. The idea seemed solid to me but they could never get it to work out and I felt like I was just too busy.

So I decided to try Forex Trading, I bought a few books took some courses and then threw some money into it hoping I had learned something, after about 6 months I had whittled my small investment away.

Then I get a phone call from a friend of mine. He tells me about this great new opportunity and how I should buy in right away. Now being a skeptic I figure it's a scam and I'm going to just end up throwing my money away, so I start searching the internet for everything I can about this "opportunity" of his, I read multiple reviews, visit hundreds of websites, some say it's a scam, but most of them are saying it's the real deal. Finally I buy in and go to my first regional training, I have an absolute blast I meet people who think like me, The speakers are fun and charismatic, the training makes sense. I figure, "This isn't that hard, anyone could do this."

Here I am now, ten months later finally figuring out what MLM really is. It's definitely not as easy as I thought. I've met some great people along the way, and have never stopped learning.
