I'm a "serial entrepreneur".... I've tried to shake the habit, but succeeded wildly by failing miserably. Ironic?

I'm a full-time real estate investor, and host of "Real Estate Investor TV", a popular creative real estate investing website and information portal. Not only do I own a house-flipping business, I also teach and mentor others in creative investing. I'm a father of 3, sing, act, collect PEZ, and love travel.
