I have put myself in some very awkward and compromising positions. Previously homeless, striving each day to achieve a sense of semblance with a shower and a bite to eat I created and continue to achieve with these wild obstacles right in my way.

Yes, it's been an incredibly tiresome time. 'Low hanging fruit' was ripening on the tree and I, being vertically challenged, couldn't reach it. As I watched others create some wildly amazing money, traveling and achieving through leverage, I was sitting on the sidelines waiting for the fruit to drop, hoping to God I could catch a bite of a ripened piece.

I've had my moments, my days of being woken by cops with bright lights while sleeping in the car with two dogs in and on my sleeping bag. I've had the mornings when I couldn't find a shower without having to pay for one, so I would sneak into the YMCA in hopes no one would bust me for taking said shower and brushing my teeth. The life I lived was in a constant mode of survival and living moment to moment waking each day to 'how will I survive today?' was the question I'd asked myself numerous times when I had no idea what I was going to do or where I would end up later in the day.

Today, it's different. As I write this, I have a roof over my head and live in Los Gatos, CA. I've changed my life and my lifestyle. I write more about it on my blog http://TheHomelessMillionaireBlog.com
