Nilda Perez is the CEO and Founder of Aspire 4 Life Inc., Counseling & Coaching Services. She is a native New Yorker born and raised in the Bronx. In 1999 she relocated to the New York Hudson Valley area.  Nilda went to Adelphi University for her BS in Social Science and to Fordham University for her Master's in Clinical Social Work which she earned in 1995. In 2005 she became a Certified Life Coach.  She is now enrolled in Regent University in Entrepreneurial Leadership.

With fifteen years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker she is an accomplished therapist.  She also has five years experience as a Certified Life Coach.  Initially her coaching career had a focus on personal skill development.  She has honed her coaching practice to business and career coaching.  Her expertise in this field came from her own personal experience with being terminated from a prestigious job in her career.  That termination came abruptly after she had been in great standing with her company for seven years.  This experience allowed her the opportunity to re-design her career and create businesses which set her new career path in entrepreneurship. Something which she had aspired for years yet would not consider due to her 'secure' job.

She had already started a small business in life coaching but the job loss opened doors to even more small businesses.  As she educated herself in multiple streams of income she continues to add to the myriad of businesses.  She later disposed of the things that did not bring in enough capital and worked more on what did.  This tough time in her life set the tone for a new journey to embrace alternative ways to income earnings.  She studied the concepts of business growth, marketing online and as a result established herself.  This innovative approach set her miles apart from her competition.

What should have devastated her life and cause her to lose her emotional health had the opposite effect.  This became the propeller to her drive to seek and excel at her new found passion.  With this redirection in her life she now coaches individuals devastated by job/career loss to reformulate their careers.  By teaching and coaching individuals not only to pick up the pieces but to use those pieces to rebuild an even better life.
