Oscar Carter

I have over thirty years of organizational and management experience as a prominent leader in the hospital and health services administration and public health field, serving as a senior executive at several of the largest health delivery and public health systems in the United States. I have also consulted for governments and for profit and not for profit entities across the United States in the development and management of complex and extensive building projects and programs. Having left my health care career, I now spend most of my time as a social and business entrepreneur empowering others and myself. I am most passionate about the the vision I created in 2005, Creating A World Community, which I believe is caused by Communications, as I have defined it, and creating Personal Wealth.

I began my career serving as a Captain in the United States Military, where I ran a medical clearing station (MASH Unit) in Vietnam. Following discharge, I obtained a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration at Columbia University and later completed doctoral work in Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University.

In late 2006 and 2007, I enjoyed, immensely, participating in the United States Presidential Campaign volunteering as a deputy field organizer. I never felt such personal reward in conversing with people in empowering them to vote and participate in the election process. During that period, I also began studying the network marketing industry and after almost five years have found success in the industry, the best for the average person to create wealth.
