I am a grandmom of 4, mom of 3. I am working on a business that will help people to be able to be home with their families and not have to deal with all the things that are going on in the work place. I too, am tired of being treated less than a person because someone age 22 has power and doesn't know how to handle it. This country was founded on a person being able to pursue the American dream.
