My "trade" is real estate.  I grew up in the industry with a mother and sister also in the business.   Being an entrepreneur has always been my job of choice.  I have been fortunate to alway have the support from my family and wonderful husband.  Real estate is what I know and can do very well.  I was attracted to Magnetic Sponsoring for several reasons:  I have always been challenged with technology and putting it to work for me.    I have signed up with several network marketing opportunities,  have lots of makeup and vitamins, and I have signed up for several of these with another family member.   Its become a fun joke between us.   Looking back and moving forward remember... you do have to laugh at yourself and not take yourself sooo seriously.

Earlier this year, I made a personal committment to myself that I will not sign up for another opportunity, unless I have learned the skills to help a downline build a business,  stay in business, get out of debt, pay off their home, and show them how to teach others to do the same.   

I desire to apply the training from Magnetic Sponsoring for my real estate business by making it much more automated and spending less money to earn more business.   After 13 years in the business, I know my trade and understand it is constantly evolving.  

Investing in real estate has been fun.  We have bought single family lots in sought after areas, held them for a few months and sold for a nice profit.   We have experience in purchasing homes, easy rehabs and also sell for profit.  I currently use my Send Out Cards business as a business for real estate.  I have put a few systems together and they are becoming pretty automated.  My first "test drive" on a post card was a success.  I am working with 7 families and either listing their homes and getting their foreclosures stopped or help find a way for them to remain in the home.  Its a win/win.
