I worked in sales and marketing in the corporate world before getting married and having children (2 girls!).  After 15 years of marriage and being a stay-at-home mom, I decided to return to the workplace. At 50 years old, I knew I didn't want to go back to a 9-5 job in corporate America.  So, I took a real estate course and became licensed as a Realtor in 2005, the absolute height of the real estate "bubble".  I knew it would be a long road before I had a steady income and a good referral business.  I studied and read everything I could get my hands on to increase my knowledge of the subject and the industry. Since I was a "newbie", I took a lot of "designation" courses to improve my knowledge and skill, so I could be the best Realtor I could be. In 3 years I had been certified in 5 different areas (CRS, ABR, SRES, ASP, e-PRO). You don't need to know what they all stand for or mean, but not many real estate agents bother to spend the time, effort or money to get them! I did very well my first year, but remember, at that point in 2005 houses were selling above asking price before they even hit the market! My income went south from there, with each subsequent year making less and less money, but working harder and harder. At this point at the end of 2008, the real estate market has gone bust, because of the sub-prime mortgage mess, and the worldwide collapse of the credit and financial markets.

Two weeks ago, I realized that I deserve a better life and lifestyle and decided to take another path to find financial and personal freedom. I began researching MLM opportunities and settled on a personal franchise distributorship with LifePath Unlimited. As I continued to read and research a way to make money with this opportunity, I can across Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring system and the power of attraction marketing. I am now a voracious student of Mike's training... and understanding and implementing the marketing & strategies he teaches. I hope to start my MLM business the right way, and right out of the gate! I am absolutely determined to make it work!  Wish me success...luck has nothing to do with it!
