About Me
You might say that I got sort of a late start in REAL LIFE. Nearing graduation in high school, I found myself unsure of my destiny, and somewhat angry at those who would quiz me about it. At 17 I befriended a man who had been a pilot in Vietnam. He sometimes worked as a cropduster, but most often fixed and restored small aircraft. the first time he took me up and said, "I'm gonna see what you had for breakfast, boy!", I knew that I wanted to learn to fly. My dream was to be a corporate pilot, or something of the sort, but acquiring the flight hours and instruction was problematic without joining the service. I really was ok with that, but could not be a candidate because of my corrected vision. Sadly, I discarded my aspirations and turned instead to social satisfactions. Those satisfactions soon turned to shipwreck, as they so often do, when one is enslaved to "self". I finally turned to the God of my youth, just before certain and perhaps a fatal end.
As I recovered from my self-destruction, I began to lament the wasted time on so many fronts. I had missed many years of family, fatherhood, and future. I began to re-focus, and knew that I really needed to have a business of my own. In my estimation, it was the only way that I could possibly make up for the wasted years. In 2001, I opened a small "hotshot" trucking operation, hauling mostly aircraft parts to air bases around the country. The business was incredibly good for awhile, but the nature of my "niche" changed dramatically, fueled by a flood of throat cutters who likely went under in a year or less. I stayed afloat for awhile, determined to outlive the competition. Finally, I closed the doors, as much for the sake of my family as anything.
I had an opportunity to get a charter in a great company with an outstanding product, but unfortunately just didn't have the capital. I was really disappointed but was so impressed with the CEO, the company (Straightedge Marketing), and the product, that I determined to get involved when it hit the market. Shortly thereafter, I went to work for a Courier company as an Operations Manager, all the while missing MOST of the elements of being self-employed. Several monthes later, a friend, who had hounded me for some time about an "opportunity" with another company, came to me with something different. It was Straightedge Marketing, and a much improved product, live and on the market. They had chosen networking as the principle way to market. I got in a couple of weeks later, and the rest is history!
I am still with the courier company, but have determined that this is the year that I go back to work for myself. Straightedge Marketing has helped me to regain hope and joy, once again, without the hassles of inventory, or expensive overhead. IVO (internet video overlay) Technology is the flagship product, and Straightedge has developed several products that are well anchored to the IVO. The great thing about these products is that there is great potential for both retail AND MLM residuals. It's an incredible product.

Hello, and thanks for stopping by for a visit. I enjoy making new friends and learning new things. I've been involved in network marketing for almost a year, but was semi-dormant for awhile. Thanks to Cedrick Harris for directing me to this site. I know that I will make a lot of new friends and learn a lot as well. I am also excited about sharing info about our products as well, since it is something that can help ALL network marketers and small business people as well.
Please be patient as I build up my page here. Please feel free to request friendship since I haven't found that feature yet.

Hello Wendell, thanks for the welcome. I just have to ask: are you kin to the Breedlove Guitars folks? Just curious.
