I was born and raised in Utah, and this state is absolutely beautiful! I have been married for 6 years to my very best friend. We have added three beautiful boys to our family, the oldest being 4. I am a avid learner and spend most of my time learning about how things work and tick. I recently found my niche and that is helping other's loose weight and teaching them how they can help other's do the same. I am a affiliate with Nextfit Inc located in Sandy Utah. It has helped me reach some weightloss goals and now I am sharing my goals with America!
