Hello Better Net Workers & Welcome to My Little Piece of Real Estate...

When you understand that you are source not subject of your world, you can change it.

My home is in the beautiful City of Capitola, near Santa Cruz, Northern California. USA

Perfect weather, beautiful sunsets, birds, sea life, fresh seafood and blue clear ocean.

As an added bonus, the people here are the nicest, warmest and caring I've met in a very long time. The surfing capitol of the USA.

In my gallery over there to your right, you'll see pictures of the Monterey Bay from a bluff over looking the great view from a place where one can stroll a path or sit and enjoy the peaceful views, birds, life and other people. Paradise!

35+ years of offline sales & marketing, positive manifesting, 5 previous successful brick & motar businesses started from stratch, former Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a strong desire to help others realize their dreams.

Additionally, I have almost five years of emergency medical background - in the service of others - in their time of need. Plus this guy has assisted in the delivery of 26 new borns, a real experience if there ever was one...!
