As an added bonus, the people here are the nicest, warmest and caring I've met in a very long time. The surfing capitol of the USA.

Additionally, I have almost five years of emergency medical background - in the service of others - in their time of need. Plus this guy has assisted in the delivery of 26 new borns, a real experience if there ever was one...!
