Now here's a little backgroud, I am an Independent Representative of Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing. I was formerly employed at Arby’s for a little over two years as a Team Trainer. I had to train and certify every new individual that started work there, most of these people I got employed.  Arby’s gives little to no compensation for bringing people to their business. If the person stays 60 or more days they give you fifty dollar incentive, but whom really stays in fast food for more than two months? Be honset! When I started my employment this store was ranked 37th overall. After putting in 40+ hours a week and assisting the team in achieving two of the most prestigious awards in the industry. (Fastest Drive-thru and Friendliest Drive-thru) Along with the fact our customers thought we gave perfect service 73-82%, with these numbers we led southern Minnesota in customer satisfaction. This success came from being trainable, teamwork, and the will to succeed. Getting all that success came with a price, headaches, small pay checks, and lack quality time with my family. Now I am working on a social media system that you won't have to pay for and network marketing show to teach, train, and motivate all marketers to help raise the success rate.
