Hi, I'm Randall Lang, I live in Holly Mi and have been marreid to my wonderful wife for 19 years and have 3 Great Kids! and attend The Freedom Center Church in Fenton, I enjoy camping with my family, playing paintball with my boy's and mountain biking. I love Internet Marketing, connecting with new people and helping them to grow their business online.

My jouney in Internet Marketing started when the publishing business my wife and I had closed after 15 years due to the economy , this lead me trying to find something that satisfied my entreprenurial spirit and would also be financially rewarding, working the 9-5 is definately not for me, I wanted to be my own boss and determin my own schedule and how much money I make.

Come to find out the internet is flush with thousands of opportunity's and I was wondering how in the world I would sort through it all and find the one opportunity that would be right for me. So I set some guidelines that would help in my search for the perfect one for me.

First, I wanted something that would pay me well for the time I invested, so a great compensation plan was at the forefront.

Second, I wanted a product or service that people could get real value out of, something that after they bought it, they would be glad they did.

Third, I wanted to help people, I wanted to be able to help others reach their full potential in life.

Forth, I wanted great Mentoring, Coaching and Training so I could become an expert at what I did.

Fifth. I needed something that could give me a flexible schedule that I could work around my family obligations.

So I did a long and thoughtful search and I feel like I came across the Best of the Best in all my catagories.

I know that this year is going to be a great year and it is my goal not only for me to have a great year but for my team to have a great year, so I work closely with each person to help them achieve their goals, wether its giving them tips on making YouTube Video's or maybe a suggestion about using Pay Per Click to help them grow their business.

Another thing I concentrate on for total success is being debt free, its good to have money, but if your giving it away to all your creditors you are in slavery to debt and that is not True Freedom, so I also like to encourage my team to be Debt Free and also give them the tools to help them in this.

On top of being a proud member of the Association Of Better Networkers, I am a Christian and hold myself to the highest moral and ethical standards and do so in all areas of my life.
