Hi, my name is Randy Blair.  I'm a real estate investor who has over a quarter of a century of experience as a serial entrepreneur.  I'm rarely at my office, and practically never at home, so if you need to contact me, email works the best.

My first "brick and mortar" business since the mid 1980's is Blair Business Solutions which deals primarily with computer services for residential and business customers.  Yep, I'm a computer guru.  I do web design, PC break/fix work, and computer networking/security.  Since then, I've tried a number of other businesses, including some MLM opportunities, with varying levels of success. Buying and selling foreclosures, REO properties, and utilizing the currently wise "buy and hold" strategies primarily through Lease Options has been my focus lately during this tumultous economy.
