My name is Randy Curry.  I am retired after 30 plus years in the barber and beauty industry.  I currently work as a network marketer with an online marketing community blog at:  http://www.OnlineProspectingTools.com and promote the Magnetic Sponsoring Marketing System.

I enjoy building my online businesses, traveling, writing music and meeting new and exciting people.

I started networking with a telecommunication company back in the early 1990s to help my sister get promoted, but had no real interest in buidling a MLM business.

But, after attending a presentation in Gravette, Arkansas I became intrigued with the concept of multi-level marketing.

Mike Misenheimer was the presenter and did an excellent job of providing an overview of the business opportunity.  Still, I just didn't put forth any effort to make any money with that company.

Up to that point in my profession as a men's barber stylist and owner of my own brick and mortor business I had a negative attitude about sales people.

It wasn't until I got involved with an indoor air purification company based in Minnesota that my attitude began to change.

I worked hard at building a downline and was very fortunate to make several thousand dollars with my new home based business.  I was entusiastic and began conducting business opportunity meetings in my home, other people's homes and conference halls.

I contacted people in the barber and beauty industry and shared the product by placing the indoor purification systems in salons throughout the midwest.  Many salon owners became customers and distributors in my sales organization.

There were times when I got frustrated with building my business but hung in there with the help of my sponsor and upline. 

I went through the same sort of things that most networkers go through with pestering my family and friends to the point of them totally avoiding me.  If you've ever been so excited about your home business that you couldn't stop talking about it to every single person you came into contact with, then you know what I'm talking about.

It wasn't until several years later that a fellow networker told me about Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring ebooks and training courses. That's when I began to make some significant strides in building my home based business.

One of my biggest hurdles was learning how to advertise my buisness online!

It wasn't until I started applying the Magnetic Sponsoring advertising methods on the internet that my advertising started paying off.

Previous to Magnetic Sponsoring, I wasted a lot of money on non-productive advertising.

Blog articles, online social media, press releases and other advertising methods that I learned in the Magnetic Sponsoring courses PPC Domination and MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 started paying off.

I also learned the skill of "SORTING" vs. "SELLING."

The Magnetic Sponsoring courses have taking my home business to a whole new level.  And, has made marketing so much more fun and profitable.

Instead of promoting my businesses in the old traditional MLM fashion, I am now able to follow up on the people who contact me for more information.

After conducing a brief interview with people who wish to learn more about me and my business I am now in a much better position to help people who are serious about building a home business of their own.

The pace today is so much more relaxing and comfortable.  I actually enjoy the process now.
