Ian and I started in Network Marketing about 2 years ago in a traditional Network Marketing business. Within a short time we had a great team and had organised weekly training and were seeing growth in each business partner. Our aim was to coach each of our business partners to have the confidence to host the training and become leaders in their own right. While we really enjoyed the mentoring and coaching part of the business we certainly had a struggle with the traditional way of business building. The task of making a list of all friends and family then doing a business presentation in someones living room or even your own or whereever you could get the person to meet with you.

As I have said the traditional way of business building did not feel good to us we knew that there was a better way but at that point we did not know what it was. At the same time we starting to really browse the internet and join social networking sites and it was on one of these sites that we saw a small paid advert. After talking for a short time we found we were aligned and our ideals and expectations  matched. We had found our ideal way of marketing.

This online marketing was absolutely fantastic. We could use the one thing we loved doing the most which was coaching and mentoring. Ian and I both love to see the personal development and growth thats happens as each person learns their own true personal power and develops themselves into the leader they are. Now we are able to use the power of Network Marketing partnered with Attraction Marketing to build our online businesses at the same time incorporating our love of Mentoring and Coaching to grow our Network..
