I am constantly being complimented on my cooking skills and I enjoy cooking very much. I have 3 different outdoor cooking techniques, and a couple smokers. I specialize in slow cooking over wood. Seafood is one of my favorites but I also do a lot of pork and beef as well as poultry lamb and my own smoked cheese. Venison is one of the most difficult meats to get right, I have mastered the venison cooking secrets!
Of course if you cook wild game, you must certainly love to hunt and fish, right? Yes I do! I am enrolled in online college (Colorado Technical University Online) and will have my 3rd degree in January 2011. Not bad for 61 years eh? My 3 grandkids, 2 boys 12 and 19, and a girl 13. They are scattered between Tx Ma and FL, so I fly around a lot to spend time with them. Cedar point next week for a few days with all of them!!

I was the last native to leave Florida! Attended Cocoa Beach High School and Brevard Community College. I have spent most of my life under the hood or under the car in repair business. I have always been an entrepreneur but only recently have I realized this. I work at OnStar GM as a vehicle services data analyst in Detroit MI. I plan to shed that title some day soon and become another Mike G or Mike Dillard, maybe another Jay Kubassek!
