That's what I give my team - I keep my door as open as possible to them. The question you ask about most peopole selling marketing plans of home or just products is a good one and the answer is both. Unfortunately, a lot of people are just selling plans of hope (and a lot of people are buying hope). Personally, I'm not a fan of that - I like to sell a real product and/or service.
