My name is Rick Salas and I have discovered some of the best ways to create business online through some of the best network marketing strategies that are used by the top network marketers in the business. It hasn't always been that way though. I started network marketing because I was introduced to a product that was to be great for the knees. I joined a network marketing business to be able to purchase wholesale.I soon started to do the business and looking forward to all the benefits network marketing offered. I told my family and friends and even enrolled a few. I was emotionally excited then I experienced the first roadblock to a successful business. I couldn't get my business partners to enroll not one person. Well anyway they are not doing the business anymore and I guess thay were never meant to do the business but I know one thing for sure, they didn't see me as someone that could enroll anybody but my friends and family. So much for a business that grows by just sharing your products.So I started to ask my upline sponsor how to get leads because he was doing leads and was enrolling a few from all parts of the world.  I'm glad I didn't because they never duplicated either, my sponsor dropped out and joined another business. I discovered that it was up to me to find the secrets that nobody wasted to share. I tried to get in contact with anybody in my upline for six months but got the feeling they didn't want anything to do with me unless I was already successful. . I found that he ways that once worked didn't work in todays world but I was always interested in finding out how to make my own website that ranked high on the search engines because I thought that was the way people made a business successful. Well slowly but surely I learned what makes a site get traffic, be a valuable resource for what certain people were looking for and how to make money from affiliates and how to funnel them into a primary business. This was great! The more I learned the more I understood all the work that was involved in setting up an internet presence and becomming an effective network marketer. I found out why some people never finish what they set out to do in this business but I also realized what the outcome is for those that have a desire to create residual income and get the right kind of training that takes advantage of the masses or people transitioning into the home based business industry. Network marketing is really about learning new skills and sharing strategies with friends that you get to know on the internet.
