How do you start to explain the last 20 years of Marketing Experience?

My personal philosophy can best be summed up as, "Lead with the Giving hand."  The idea is that if you offer value and service first then you will receive an abundance in return.  The wealthiest people are usually those who have solved the most peoples problems.

I got my start in Marketing via Real Estate while in college in 1983 - wow - a long time ago! After being accepted to Law school I decided against it because I was making too much money and having too much fun in real estate! I started speaking and consulting after meeting with several industry mentors like Robert Allen, Joe Stumpf and John Childers. I've served hundreds of clients and closed hundreds of millions in real estate transactions.

It's hard to believe but I am entering my 20th year of marriage to my awesome wife Connie. We have 3 incredible kids - Niko 16, Jake 13 and Cole 7. For fun we love to travel to our home in the mountains in NC to get out of the FL heat.  We typically take 1-2 cruises per year and use our season passes to Disney like they're going out of style.

I am personally a golf fanatic! I take 3-4 golf trips per year - told you I had an awesome wife! I just got back from Palm Springs, CA. and in May '08 I will be heading up to the Alabama RTJ golf trail - can't wait! My greatest adventure in golf was at St Andrews and playing the Old Course a few years back. I've never shot even par - I've shot 73, 74, 75 - I know it's all mental - maybe I need to speak to Dr. Bob Rotella....

I love speed and excitement - probably what got me started in this :) I've tried alot of things - flown a MIG fighter - what a rush! I've driven a Nascar in Vegas - I loved that - and I probably drive too fast in my Renntech.
