Interests
Riding fast bikes - the engined kind - will never be far from me, I love 'em and can't see a day when I don't want to ride. Birds of prey are another love of mine, I've cared for and handled a few over the years, snowy owls, eagle owls, kestrels, barn owls and hawks. I'm thinking I might return to something I didn't get off the ground about 6 years ago sometime soon, skydiving. Not 100% sure just yet, having kids does change things, but I do keep thinking about it.
Activities:
Running, cycling, gym, hanging with my family. Reading and furthering my education and training in the things I love. Travelling has become more of a part of my life in recent years, I've been to Bali, Cambodia, Vietnam, Spain and France in the last 3 years. Next I want to visit the States, preferably a bike ride - interstate. There's plenty of time and I'll sure fit it in.

About Me
I came to online business 5 years ago from Uk residential property and soon found all the usual, I realize now, pitfalls that affiliates and networkers fall foul of.
But I was pretty lucky really, I had a few mistakes and spent some money on completely pointless things, sure I did. Thing is, I can't say I had a hard time for long, because I didn't. I soon found a company that I was earning with in my first month and still do. I built a good sized team of network marketers there and taught them how to make money online.
After a year I thought I'd look elsewhere and went and made a good few thousand dollars with a gifting opportunity, but I got hung up on the integrity issues of the company, so I quit that one.
Then I turned to attraction marketing and focussed on me and my strengths. So I formulated RogerBlackmanOnline and began coaching my teams in Attraction Marketing and monetization.
A while later, following a conversation with one of my team members, I decided to open up my coaching to anyone that was serious about their online business success, not just my team members. Plus, I decided to do it for Free.
Sure I get paid, but the people getting my coaching pay nothing extra to me. It's kinda cool.
