My name is Rowena Coshan, I am a wife and mother. I live on a small acreage just outside a small town in Western Australia. I am a Social Entrepreneur.

What Mum’s Online Biz is All About
I speak to a lot of mums who are committed to staying home to raise their families. Unfortunately with uncertain economic times and rising costs most mums still need to find a way to contribute to the family income. I know; that was the situation I found myself in after my daughter was born. Turning online to find a way to make money from home I found a lot of empty promises and systems that didn’t live up to their promises. Not to mention some downright scams.
For the first six months I spent trying to find the best way to create a business online I found myself very alone. With nobody to turn to for advice I learnt everything the hard way. I wished I could find somewhere I could go to help me work out what was what and help guide me.
Now, having connected with some great mentors, trainers, leaders and marketers my goal is to help other mums avoid the mistakes I’ve made online. To help them start out the right way and build solid, stable online businesses around their passions and interests.

My Passion
I am passionate about making the world a better place. Specifically I am passionate about feeding starving children and empowering parents to provide for their children. Eighteen thousand children die everyday from starvation. While I’ve always known the problem was huge, the actual number shocked me when I first heard it. These are children, just like my daughter, who through circumstances of birth are starving. Many are orphans. All of them have or at one time had parents who love them just as much as I love my daughter; they are just unable to provide even the basic necessities of life.

My Goals
Before my daughter was born I hoped to have time as a stay at home mum to be able to volunteer to a feed the children charity online. I was in for a big reality check on just how much free time I actually had! I have since found a way I can use the power and leverage of network marketing to help others provide for their families and feed starving children at the same time.

Self Development
While I’ve always had an interest in self development, it is something that often got left on the backburner as the daily grind of life got in the way. As an entrepreneur self-development is an essential element of success. As I learn and grow I will continue to share, and hope you will share in return so we can all grow together.

Being Mum
I have a young daughter who is the absolute light of my life. Being a mum is the most rewarding, inspirational, beautiful, challenging and sometimes frustrating part of my life. When I look at my daughter I want to make the world she will inherit a better place.

My background
After school I studied Art and Design, followed by Film and Television and Photography. When I finished I discovered there was little opportunity available where I lived to use this training. Reality set in and I had to find a job. After 10 months of being unemployed I took the first job I could get and spent the next fifteen or so years in finance and administration roles. As I’ve always wanted to help people improve their lives, I never found real fulfilment through what I did. Now, finally I’ve found a way to combine earning a living with helping others!

In some way you will all touch the lives of others and provide them with value, it is the only way you will succeed in reaching your goals.
