Formerly in the restaurant business for more than 30 years, I decided to find a new career online and work from home. Working all the holidays and weekends was getting old.

I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I especially like trying new local dishes in different areas I travel. Cooking and eating Gourmet meals is one of my favorite things to do.
