About 2 or 3 weeks ago, I came to the conclusion that I need to change the course of my life for various reasons.  I don't want to waste everyone's time on my 1st blog talking about myself.  I am 32 years old.  A mother of 4, a Realtor, a Builder, and Contractor.  Sound like a full plate?  It is. 

But I've decided it's not enough.  With the real estate market on a roller coaster, I wanted to find something to supplement my income (you know, a regular paycheck).  So I turned to the internet.  And I've finally realized what so many others have known for years:  the sky is the limit & the net is an open playing field!

Hopefully not all of you approached it the way I did, though.  I did a search on home-based businesses, filled in every form that popped up, and got totally confused within 2 days of who was who and what was what.  My inbox got so overloaded since I couldn't keep up with it, that I almost had to increase my storage capacity.  I ordered just about everything that was tossed my way.  $25 here, $48 dollars there, etc. ... it adds up quickly.  By the time I actually sorted through most of it & found the few legit opportunities available, my start-up capital was non-existent.

I have to say, though, that I did come across a few very helpful people, a few very solid networking &/or training systems, and even a few good product lines ... So, now I have slowed down & put myself in "sponge" mode.  I was told that there is a huge learning curve when getting acquainted with the internet marketing business - they weren't kidding! 

BUT HERE'S THE THING.  I have decided that I am here on the net to stay.  I am not looking for a "get-rich-quick" scheme.  I am willing to put in the effort & hard work it takes to make it online.  I will not capitalize on others' weaknesses to make money.  My goal is to make it to the top on the net - AND I WILL - & help as many others along the way as possible!  It may take me longer than others before me, but that's okay.  It's not always the end result that matters, but the journey along the way also!
