I have been in the business of positively changing families lives for over 11 Years now. From making the Home Ownership dream a reality to helping them get out of debt and becoming financially independent.

I have been in the Real Estate & Financial Services Industry for 11 years. I enjoy helping others. Married to my beautiful Wife & have 2 daughters and a son. I previously owned a Real Estate and Mortgage Company in Ontario, Cal. Along with my company I assisted families with their Financial Services Education as a Division Manager with a subsidiary of Citigroup.

I've worked with 1 network marketing company and personally recruited 100 directs and help build a base shop of over 400 individuals consistently active in the field. After investing 1 year part time I went full time (fool time) and closed my successful real estate office because I was so coachable to my up-line (wow). Guess what? I lasted 4 years working 24/7 & hit a burn out stage while my up-line enjoyed the benefits of overrides. Now overrides are great but not when it's at the expense of holding back promotions. I went back into Real Estate when the market was at it's worst. My finances hit all time low and I went through a roller coaster with my Real Estate business and Investment properties when the Real Estate market crashed in 2007.

I'm 35 Years old and I use to say that by 35 years old I would be retired. Little did I know that at the age of 35 I would be starting over from scratch.

One thing I'm thankful for is having an appreciation for life and balance. Material things are great, had it and lost it, credit cards & debt is great-until you are in debt over Your eye balls..The best thing is freedom of time,choices and sufficient money to live, save, invest and enjoy. In my opinion this is not possible until you earn $250k/year. Like I said, I'm starting over. I'm currently working for a corporation selling SEO (Search Engine Marketing) and in the evening I offer Mortgages & Financial Services and an opportunity to put others in business. A jack of all trades is not what I'm trying to be.My Children, Wife, Family and those looking for an opportunity need me. I take pride and I take responsibility.
