My family and I left Vietnam when I was 14 months old. Interesting story: My dad had already come to the states. My mom took me to the embassy and lifted me up above the crowd that was there and yelled "American Baby! American Baby!" in hopes that they would favor us and give us a spot on one of the helicopters out of there. Well, they did! In fact, it was the LAST helicopter to leave the embassy. Talk about favor! That's not the end of it though. We missed the airplane we were supposed to board out of India to the US. THAT plane crashed!!! Obviously, there was something I was meant to do here in this world and that was not my time to go!

I am still on my journey, just like all of you. I have a family of my own now and things I want to accomplish. I believe we are given what we are given so that we can build upon those things, not just for ourselves, but so that we can bring blessing to others. That's my goal! I want to give the same chance to others that I had. I want to sow into charities, dig wells in Africa, provide homes for abandoned children around the globe. Guess what? Can't do that without money! Like Zig Ziglar said, "Money isn't the most important thing in life, but it's reasonably close to oxygen on the "gotta have it" scale."

The good news is, I can get closer to my goal of helping people by.... helping people! That is why I became interested in building my own home business and creating multiple streams of income.
