I am a native Californian, raised in San Diego. Al & I have 5 grown children and 5 almost all of them grown grandchildren. We will celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary in February.

Over the years, I have done a number of things, sales, school bus driver, answering service operator, aid (really teacher) to helping a mentally disabled little boy to learn and grow. That was so satisfying!

I love to sing and act, at one time I had aspirations to be singing at the Met and/or singing and acting in Hollywood, but Life came along and I had 5 kids with my wonderful husband so I sang a whole lot of lullabies.

I am interested in metaphysics, and music, love animals, and can't resist babies.

In 1970 I came into my business through the back door. I didn't want a business, I just wanted to save money on the products I was already using anyway and I found that these worked way better than what I was using. I couldn't shut up about them and so, sort of like Topsy in the story...my business "just growed".(not my grammar, Topsy's.)

We have done well by doing good, and with the new enhancements that are in place in the company now, one of our goals is to help at least 6 people or couples a year to become as free of the fear of losing jobs or homes or whatever may happen in the economy as we now are.

Another goal is to be able to support all of our causes with no less than $10,000 a year for each one. That means we must make a lot more than an extra $150,000 over our needs because there are at least 15 that we want to be able to help! The only possible way to do that is to help a lot of other people to make their dreams a reality. Actually, I really wish I could save the world from toxins and poor health but that is a bit daunting and may take more than my lifetime :-).

I'm looking forward to connecting and forming alliances with wonderful people in complementary businesses who want to reach the same people as I do, but not for the same types of things.
