I started my Internet adventures many years ago with a desktop computer.
I used to sit at a desk in a room across from our master bedroom. Many nights I would be up extremely, very late trying to figure this new toy out.
Unfortunately, I also realized I was enamored with all the toys one could find to use on the internet. Not being a highly techy trained web geek, many of these sessions drove me crazy! Thankfully, I came across several people online and off willing to be patient and help a newbie who got into trouble when she thought she was following and understanding directions.
I now have a laptop in a docking port set up by my recliner chair in my family/TV/bird/office room. Thus I am a LaptopJunkie. I am working on my blog, LaptopJunkieTales.
At present, I am working online business programs to add to our income and expectantly to replace it. Oh yeah, I am also an accomplished online shopper.
So much to do, so much to earn, so much to buy! LOL!
Terry, my better half of 30 years, is the support behind all of these activities. He is a 40+ year computer (the big ones) careerist.
My career was cut short by leaving to raise a family and more recently sidelined to home by Fibromyalgia.
We live in the Midwest along with a menagerie of 3 dogs (plus 1 grand dog), 2 cats, 10 birds, 3 fish, 3 snails and 3 ghost shrimp (if they haven't been eaten).
