Shane Belceto - Being visually impared Shane was forced to work from home and now knows that was a blessing in disguise ... Working from home for over 11 years now and being home all day every day with his 2 kids Shane has learned a lot about himself and others. he has a natural ability to help others see things from a different point of view and/or angle.

Who am I? Well I am a honest, loving warm hearted person who loves to work with others and grow as a team. I believe TEAM means T-together E-everyone A-achieves M-more and live my life this way in all I do. I strongly believe in attitude and your choice of words in all you do and say. I am here to serve.

NOw have I always been this guy? YES! I am now ... smiles ... over the years since I found myself growing I have been introduced to people in my life who have changed me for the better forever. I see some of those within this community already and know more will be brought my way as my life moves on.

I am becoming waht I will become! In turn I will do my part to leave this world a little better then it was when I joined it.
