I am a Electronic Engineer who has a dream. In order to achieve it , everyday I am learning from others, from the best people I find. I am living my learning curve to success having success.!

One cannot think who is a wise. Everyday I have to learn about the success of others to gain leadership.

I am graduated as Electronic Engineer with Magister studies in Management and Qualified Teaching Skills in best Universities in my country.

My sons are the big part of my dream. They drive my life. I feel that being Daddy is the most honorific and beautifull work in life because I do the work with love.

I worked a big part of my life building an enterprise. I reached that goal many years ago. I was one the best AC Geared Electronic Drives and Electric Wholesalers and Consultant  in my country.

One day my bussiness went to bankrupt . Earlier  I divorced from my wife because  I was investing almost all my time in my work. My family was broken. Pain had come to my life.

All the sacrifice to build an enterprise, all the time I invested, all my money and all my work wasted tor nothing.Worst!, in that moment I understood that the most important treasure of my life was lost: My family. 

After four years of depression, one day I felt the sense to begin again.Then I started to look for opportunities in the internet. In that time I was a Cybercafe owner and I had enough time to surf in the web.

Looking for traditional distribution opportunities, I pickep up two ones which  I considered most interesting , from my email box. One was a Electrical and Electronic Distribution, the other I never imagine it was a MLM bussiness opportunity until I meet that person and showed the bussiness.

In that time, I felt again in my heart a strong dream. I felt I could achieve it one more time. God blessed my with another chance.

Since I discovered MLM, I think there are several successfull  systems. Because I came from the engineering world  I thought they must be fully structured, organized to be teachable and duplicable. later I learned It was´t.

When I went to the meetings of my company, I felt all my upline hints were garbage. My mindset was what an Electronic Engineer have: Logic and structured. I leaved the meetings and began to learn by myself. I told my upline I will do the bussiness as I think, not theirs. I don´t matter if they is making millions.

So forth, I enrolled in two direct sales companies, learning about aggressive sales techniques . I worked a full year as Cemetery Plot "door to door sales agent". I thought if one can sell a cemetery plot, one can sell anything.

Just after that period, I enrolled as "Scheduled Buying Services " Sales Agent for cars and real state, during  a full year in another company, in order to learn about direct sales of "non rejected" goods and services.as cemetery plots, to adapt those techniques  and optimize my skills with people.

Thinking about teaching my system to my downline, I took another full and half year course to learn  teaching habilities at the Pedagogical University in my country. In those studies I knew that my minset was limited by being engineer. There are several approachs for  learning and teaching.

After finish the course, I "formatted" my mindset and open it to all people, no matter who is and how is explaining his MLM techniques. It is similar to write blogs in Wordpress instead to buid PHPBB structured forums.

I am building my new MLM mindset with "Tags". ( Certainly,  I rebuilt all my website in Wordpress sourced from old sites in pure HTML, Mambo and PHPBB).

I returned back to my company meetings and began to learn about a successfull system applied by local top leader.

All the system works, but it is stalled in "getting appropiate leads". Classified ads in newspapers don´t work. Bothering again my friends and family don´t work. I feel there is still a"fairy powder" approach in the local system. People cannot explain how it works. Top Leader only say "Convince People to be in the meetings that We do the rest". My question is:  How to convince people?. The system is clever there!.

All my skills I have, are focusing in MLM. The "Online" Techniques to apply to the "Offline" world and why not, the "Online" side of the bussiness.

Now in the "real world" I ´m using door to door prospecting direct sales techniques adapted to MLM and learning on the wild of internet.

I am here following Mike Dillard thinking,  which I consider the best on internet.I am reading all his tips. Because actual Exchange Controls imposed by my country´s goverment,  I still haven´t purchase  his ebook .( His system works!, Card Credit in hand knocking the door)

Main knowledge is in English . You had noticed some bugs in my bio because my native language is Spanish. Although I use the english very often, I never had written a website nor post blog in English as now!.

I have to learn , interact and work in this universal language as English is. I have a dream to achieve. No matter if I have to learn German, Portuguese, etc. I must do what I have to do to achieve my dream.
