First of all want to tell everyone my story, its not too far off from what some other people have experienced. About 4 years ago I was fresh out of college ready to start my life & Career. The only problem was to get the kind of career I wanted required me to have some kind of experience in the field. What I found after months and months of applying with many different employers, was a vicious cycle of not being hired because of no prior experience, and no way to get experience if they wouldn't hire me. Unfortunately I had to get a horrible job waiting tables to pay the bills. I worked all nights, and every weekend, that's when the busy times were. After a year of hating my life at the restaurant, I started to study for my state of Arizona insurance license. I passed the test my first try, and got hired on as an insurance broker at a local agency. At the time I thought it was great being able to work during normal business hours, making good money, building a client base of my own. After becoming one of the top agents in my office within the first year I realized that it was not for me, I couldn't handle all of the problems that came up with policies changing, premiums going up , clients loosing coverage, and having them blame me for every change that the company's made. I realized I needed a change, I wanted to have ownership in something. Starting a business of my own was the only option for me. Immediately I began my quest to gain as much knowledge as possible in order to build my business. I knew that if i could apply that knowledge and my one true skill of building building relationships, there wouldnt be anything that could keep me from success. I have since built a 650+ member organization of people like me, who were looking for something more than a job. I continue to learn and study everyday to make sure to lead every single person i work with to reach their goals no matter how big. I specialize in guiding people toward the information they need in order to have success in this industry. I take people step by step, how to build their own business from the ground up. From day one getting started as an independent business owner, to providing proper and complete training on how to sell yourself first, before they even think about selling a product. Then building a solid distributor and customer base. I work ONLY with people who have the same burning desire that I do for success, People who don't settle for average or just enough to get by.
