Hi and thank you for taking the time to visit!

I am a 50 year old professional chef and as I like to create things, I spent four years as an apprentice in carpentry as well. Now it is time for me to slow down a bit and move to a warmer climate, as Iceland is simply too cold.

I have been involved in network marketing now for about five years. Like most of us, I've had my ups and downs in the business but it has been a great school and I have managed to build a residual income. I did it the old and hard way - bought leads and made a lot of phone calls. Now I am using Mike's MS system and have started to generate my own leads. All I can say is WOW! Life is so much easier now.

My passion has been in the nutrition field for the past few years and I have discovered that we are what we eat. If we give our body the right "fuel" instead of filling it with junk it will more or less heal itself. I know because I have a condition called Fibromyalgia and I no longer need painkillers or steroids to keep the swelling down. Now I am able to live a pretty normal life and do everything I want - and I lost 40 pounds in the process!

I have a burning desire to reach out to others, as I know there are thousands - if not millions of people suffering from this condition in the USA alone. Do you know someone who is suffering from this? Someone who is in constant pain, is having trouble sleeping and is getting depressed? I may have a solution to ease his/her agony. NOTE: This is not a cure for anything. It can, however, increase the quality of life and with proper exercise, prevent us from getting sick in the first place. Not to mention the total weight control program. Many of us would love to lose a few pounds and if I could do it - so can you!
