Hello Friends!

I am the wife of a retired US Army Officer, interested in lots of things, computers included. My husband Phil and I have always been perpetual students of all that Providence brings to us in life.  As you may already know, (seeing the change in this profile), computers and forums are fairly new to us. Please forgive us, if anybody was offended by our giving our website right here in this section.  We have learned several lessons in life the hard way, but we do not want to offend or be pushy at all.  We have three sons and one daughter who together have presented us with thirteen grandchildren.  All of them we consider blessings from God, and each one special to us.  Parenting has been our primary vocation for many years.  Phil is a veteran of BOTH the Korean and the Vietnam conflicts, so we smile at our gray hair, and are grateful for each other and the next generations coming along.  Our desire to learn and grow never seems to diminish with age, so retiring has been exciting for us, especially in this technilogical age which we have watched from early radio-days!  There are always new ways to be of service to our friends and neighbors and community.  We are delighted to learn to share in this new channel of "community", and would be glad to help anybody out there, in any way we are able.
