I live in California about 30 minutes west of beautiful Lake Tahoe.  I am the Vice President of Sales for a panelized home manufacturing company.  I live with my favorite-all-time-guy-in-the-world, my 7 year old son Blake.  He is the light of my life!  I also have an identical twin sister who is not far from me.  We still have a lot of fun confusing people. 

I am on the board of directors for a company that helps families purchase homes.  We are the developer as well, giving us a chance to build really good quality homes.   It is very gratifying to see families that would not be able to otherwise purchase their own homes, get into something other than apartments. 

I spent 30 years playing fast-pitch softball.  Having spent years in the position of pitcher, I developed early-on the desire to succeed.  Through dedication to practice and developing the skills needed to lead a team to winning ways, I have been fortunate to have carried these characteristics into my every day business practices. 

In the last 16 months I have been helping many families throughout the US learn about a little known congressional act that entitles many  to shave up to 15% off of their utility bills each month and providing them step-by-step instructions on how to put that money back in their pockets! 

I am also in the process of writing my first book on how to acquire monies from the U.S. Government to buy a new home.  I have been involved with networking for more than 10 years with moderate success.  I truly enjoy helping people reach for the stars and seeing them achieve every possible dream!
